When applicable, we offer service repairs on defective units for a fee. Please contact us at support@frm.fm to see if we can help.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within thirty (30) days of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs and duties will not be refunded.

We will not accept returns nor issue refunds for:

  • Items that have been modified, misused or damaged

  • Items that show signs of use, are missing pieces, or are otherwise not in their original condition

  • Items not purchased directly from FRAMED or an authorized reseller

To return an item purchased online, contact us at support@frm.fm to request a Product Return. After we've verified the original purchase, you have fourteen (14) days to return the item in its original packaging, or meet any specific guidelines provided by our support staff.

Refunds include the cost of the item only, and do not include shipping costs or import duties. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty Information

FRAMED warrants all products for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. You must notify us at support@frm.fm of your warranty claim during the Warranty Period and, prior to returning the item, provide a dated purchase receipt for the item, satisfy all other terms and restrictions set forth in the item's Warranty Information, and/or meet any specific guidelines provided by our support staff.

Our Warranty shall not apply if said Item:

  • Has been damaged, modified, repaired, or reassembled by anyone except a FRAMED authorized agent or staff member;

  • Has visible wear and tear arising from normal usage, including, without limitation, scratches or marks on the Item’s exterior;

  • Has had the serial number altered, defaced, or removed; or has been intentionally modified using code to alter the product or software systems;

  • Is abused, misused, improperly maintained, mishandled, or neglected;

  • Is damaged by exposure to an accident, natural disaster, or any other events or circumstances outside of ordinary usage;

  • Is returned for repair or replacement in packaging that does not meet the requirements stated in the FRAMED Return Policy, or is otherwise mishandled prior to its return;

  • Is used in conjunction with non-authorized accessories (such as charging units or cables that are not sold or authorized by FRAMED);

  • Is used for commercial purposes (such as rentals or exhibitions);

  • Is originally sold to the purchaser in a refurbished condition.
