While using the FRAMED Gallery, you may encounter issues which you can troubleshoot and resolve yourself, or which have simple workarounds.
If downloading an artwork is interrupted
Once an Internet connection is re-established, if you click the artwork and select the same device, your purchased downloads should automatically restart. You may receive an error message that installation failed and ask if you to try again. Confirming will restart all pending downloads.
Please note that the download time will vary according to the artwork's file size and your Internet connection speed.
If you are unable to find an artwork you purchased from FRAMED Gallery
Artworks you purchase from FRAMED Gallery have a thumbnail added to your「Collection」and are installed individually on your preferred device.
If you are unable to locate a purchased artwork in「Collection」, contact FRAMED Support [firstname.lastname@example.org] and tell us your username and title of the artwork in question.
